B.A. LL.B (5 Years) Degree Course
The 5 Year Law Course, leading to B.A.LL.B. is an integrated ten semester law course. Admission is open to any candidate who has cleared their 12th standard examination from any recognized Board across India. The first and the second year of the five year course, i.e. 1st to 4th semester, is a 'Pre- Law' course. The students of the five year degree program are awarded the B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) degree at the end of the third year, (i.e. 6th semester) and on completion of five years, (10th semester) the LL.B. degree (Five Years) is conferred.

- Intake Capacity- 180 Seats (3 Divisions)
- Duration of course- Five Years (Ten Semesters)
- Admission Criteria- Merit Basis through Centralized Admission Process (CAP) As Per MH-CET (Maharashtra State Common Entrance Merit)
- Eligibility- Non-Zero MH-CET Score & 12th in any stream, With Minimum 45% for Open Category

The Curriculum as per the University Of Mumbai
The new 75:25 CBCS has come into effect as per University of Mumbai circular no. AAMS_UGS/ICC/2022-23/168 dated 17th November, 2022 from academic year 2022-23 which is applied from First year of LL.B (3 Years) and B.A.LL.B. (5 Years) and progressively thereafter as the students will proceed to higher class and new students get admitted.
Note: - Passing in the Practical Training is mandatory. (Excluding First & Second Year of B.A.LL.B. (5 Years) Course).
The Curriculum & Examination Pattern will be as per the University Of Mumbai, revised as per circular No. AAMS_UGS/ICC/22023-24/18 dated 26th June 2023 and relating to the implementation of CBCS system for the Three Years LL.B (Sem I to Sem VI) and Five Years B.A. LL.B. (Sem I to Sem X) programmes.
